    3 bolt flanges and diff pinion types.

    Just wanting to confirm my thoughts before stripping bits.

    My Disco2 has 4:11 diffs. The pinion has changed from having the standard bolt that screws down on the pinion flange and into the end of the pinion to a big nut that screws onto the end of the pinion and as pictured below.

    Will a 3 bolt flange go on to this type of pinion or am I limited to the 4 bolt?

    Its the same once you remove the flange and spacer behind it.
