Certainly, you can argue that these devices do harm the wallet of the buyer, but then they help the seller to remain in business and employ people.
As I said in the earlier post - the problem is the abysmal level of ignorance of a significant part of the population. If the education system was up to scratch, it should not be necessary to regulate the sale of useless devices such as this.
