This stuff is really good. I used it on all bolts in the Lotus, and it stops things going rusty and getting stuck [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif[/img] This is like the bottle I bought. Try to buy a smaller quantity though, as a bottle like that will last me my lifetime and I'll be able to include it in my will :roll: :roll:

The drawing pin method looks a bit much for me [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif[/img] so I just use a fine niko instead 8)

It is also known as copper grease so try the usual suspects with this name.

Also good on wheel studs BTW.

A mate came over (Thanks Chris) and helped me change the tie-rod and we did a tyre rotation and wheel aligment while we were at it. The Defender is more stable on the road now so obviously the alignment was pretty crook. The new tie-rod I got is pretty solid (Thanks Kelvin) as compared to the standard LR one.

BTW I couldn;t find any copper grease but I did find some nickel grease.
