OME shocks on TD5

Good day all,

I fitted OME shocks earlier in the year at a 4WD shop doen here in Wollongong. But now according to the guy who services my car (and they are really good) the shocks are not getting enough presure and that causes the car to rock to easily. They noted this when they fitter new spings.

The questions what do I do now.

Hi
ASQ

Why did you need to change springs?

Raising or sag?

Are the new springs the right travel for the shocks?

If the springs are sagged or broken you might have damaged the shocks too.

I'm thinking of changing my name to ASQ

Cheers

Simon.

sounds like dead shocks

shocks just restrain the spring movement if the car rock s around then they are not working.

2" lift

Hi, me again, I needed the new shock about 6 months ago and even before I did the lift last week the guys who service my car warned me that the shock (back one's) are not the right size. I'll give them a call to day and ask them if the shock is to long or to short...
