Partly when bored from 3.5 to 3.9 but mainly heat (running temp) because D1 3.9 was generally safe but d2 4.0 (exactly the same Cc as 3.9 D1 had some liner shift).

I don't know how you could lower coolant temp to 80 if say you are in Qld. And for a 4.6 even worse. On a 40 degree day working it I just don't see how that's possible. Cheers
