    6x6 output flang operation

I am having a problem with the second output flange on Lt95 gearbox. Instead of driving a second rear axel as in the 6x6 want to drive hydraulic pump.
I was thinking that if transfer in neutral, gearbox in gear and 6x6 vacuum activated the flange would rotate. I am fairly sure this is how it worked previously.
Instead, today when I tried the second rear output would only rotate when transfer in H or L and vacuum activated, ie landie was being driven.
Any ideas of how this would work or if wind-up in gearbox would stop the output working independently.
    Thanks

the second output on the LT95 6x6 version only engages when the CDL is activated. once that happens all 3 outputs of the Tcase are mechanically linked.

What you want to do cant be done off of a stock 6x6 gearbox in the way you want to do it.

You will have to get a PTO.
Either the easier to find one for the 4x4 box or the chain drive one for the 6x6 box.

Thanks for your help in this. Isn't the lt95 the same gear box for the 6x6 and 4x4 only at rear of gearbox third axle actuator drives second rear axle. Similar set up as pto actuator?

it doesnt work like a PTO because it doesnt provide any drive when the Tcase is in neutral.

if you were to uncouple to rear propshaft and use the drive flange as a PTO you would only get power while the vehicle was in motion.
