Thread: TOP SPEED for Disco TD5

Standard engine, auto, standard tyres, 2" lift, bar, fully loaded I've had 160km/h flat out on level roads. And before all the do gooders jump up and down, it was in the NT and the roads were clear.

I'm now chipped and intercooled, though have not had the opportunity to fang it again, but I suspect it'll go lots quicker. 8)

i've had mt TD5 fender up to 180k's 8O 8O

also on a flat road with a chip and it wanted to go more


the car was only a couple of months old mind you, i wouldn't even try it now :wink:
