I seem to remember one of the 4WD Action vehicles running one. Discoverys have e- lockers, of course.
In the threads on diff Locks I have read here over time , I cant remember anyone commenting on the Harrop E-locker.
ELocker | HARROP | Engineering, Superchargers, Brakes, Driveline, Engine, 4WD, Cooling
It gets good reviews on other forums and is available for Land Rovers as well.

Any one tried one yet?

They are on my short list.......nugget might have them fitted.
all the guys with unlockers will pipe in but for me i prefer selectable.
the only bad thing about the E locker is the price.
in my opinion there every bit as good as maxi drives.
Rick/bushrover has one in his Sals from memory.
He's a had a few different types so could comment.
For a Rover diff I'd install an Ashcroft, the money you save can go towards a good air compressor and receiver setup.
TJM's ProLocker (nee Jack Mc) is an excellent design, but I think they're up at ARB/Harrop pricing.
Interesting and informative comparison between locker styles.
Skip to 14m16s on the video to get to the E-Locker section (watch the whole thing if you have the time)
