Sorry , all gears (auto ) about 2k revs load doesnt matter, but gets better with warmth if that makes sense

I suggest that you look at the harmonic balancer whilst the engine is idling to see if it's jumping about, although when that's broken there's usually a rattle associated. If the HB is jumping about and rattling then the balance section needs to be unbolted pronto before it lets go and take out the radiator and various other bits.
