Thanks Northy, the DCEC supplied ISF3.8 is sold as Euro III and IV.
Cummins Rod and Race on FB are selling a range of refurbished Cummins engines. When i enquired Bourkie was able to source a new ISF3.8 with Adblue for circa $11k landed. Wrong timing for me so i didn't ask what Euro emissions standard. If you are right about Adblue for Euro IV that is a disincentive to use that engine. While there is no hard and fast rule, i understood that Adblue was introduced to meet Euro VI. That it is used to comply with Euro IV would suggest it is a fast/easy solution to meet emissions.
