D2 ACE leaking from valve block

Yesterday the ACE light started blinking red and bonging. Nanocom said Fault 04-02
Direction control valve 2 current out of range. So, I stuck my head under there to have a look and I find that there is a decent leak coming from where the pipes join to the front of the valve block.
I've had a look for other threads about this, and have found questions but no answers. Can these be fixed at home? Obviously the car is basically undriveable unless I want to risk the whole system.
