Probably definitely internet waffle...There's a bit of that going around when it comes to tyres I think
I think there were different ply thicknesses depending on load ratings or something, and people reported the sidewalls weren't as tough as some competitors but maybe they were putting jack hammers through the sidewalls who knows with some of these internet reports..."I put a jack hammer through the sidewall and the damn thing couldn't take it, they just don't make them like they used to these days"
Didn't mean to 'like' this post if it's still there (fat fingers on the phone!)
Meant to reply saying 'not so!' but others have already done that 😀
I'm looking at these to replace the Goodyear MTRs on the Defender assuming I can find a good price, otherwise I'll be getting the KO2s too!

How about Dick Cepeks...throw a set of Fun Countrys into the mix shall we. They used to be on the radar but fell off for some reason and I can't remember why...
In all seriousness I'm going to put a picture of each of these tyres in front of my wife and tell her to choose one, she has no experience or care for tyres haha but I have complete faith that she'll make the right choice![]()
