Thread: Recieved Great Service

Hi Folks,
Would just like to share with those that are interested, our experiences of last week, and how IMPRESSED we were.

Basically we took Dad's Tdi to RICK'S 4WD in Nerang, To have the Timing Belt done and a few other small things looked at whilst there. The work was done as requested, at the price quoted, and through Vigilance, a few 'OTHER' things were noted, which had to be RECTIFIED (this meant the vehicle had to go back the next day).

The reason the vehicle needed to go back was that work was carried out recently elsewhere at another 'Specialist LR' workshop & was not done at all right...... so RICK took care of these issues, (INVOLVING MORE THAN 3 HOURS OF HIS OWN TIME on a day where he was FLAT OUT), Set things "as they should be'', and potentially has saved us a lot of Heartache and $$$ down the track.

This was the FIRST time we have been to RICK'S , and must say that we're totally confident for all future work to be done there........IT'S WORTH THE PEACE OF MIND to know that you're actually getting what you pay for.

I only heard of his workshop through others here and their positive experiences there also, so thanks to all.

Dad now has a vehicle that is set up correctly, He has a Workshop he can TRUST,( EVEN IF IT IS A 45 MINUTE DRIVE), so everyone is HAPPY !!

I have to say I found the place worth the trip as well .

Honest service people 8O ,,,,,, oh how rare an experience for landrover owners.......

LANDROVER really should take a leave out of Ricks book. 8)
