    TD5 oil leaking from near the FPR

    Today, I found a small oil puddle under the front of my defender. I was able to trace it back to the vicinity of the fuel pressure regulator on the right hand side rear of the block, but this corner is really hard to get to or inspect. I feel that it comes from slightly above the FPR, but the rocker gasket doesn’t seem to be the culprit.

    Also, I can’t smell any diesel in the engine oil.

    Amy ideas what it could be.

    TD5 oil leaking from near the FPR

    I've a TD5 D2 and I've the same, oil drips from bolts around and under the FPR mine is coming from the rear half moon in the rocker cover gasket. Runs down and onto the joint between the head and the cam section and then along and down around the bolts etc.
    Get a mirror and torch and have a look behind the head.
