Annanda Motors in Annandale, not specialist LR, but one of the fellas is a member here and would probably see you right.
Casella in Leichhardt, my mechanic, honest as they come. Also not a LR specialist.
Cheers

I have been to bruce davies a couple of times plus have bought parts off them (were the cheapest)or had what I wanted.
Good service and has given me a couple of tips as I do most of my own work,I think the block of flats I live in have some rule about working on cars on the property just waiting for the letter from the body corp
Unfortunately i believe that with brand new vehicles you are best to stick with a dealer - as they ( or at least) should have the most up to date repair bulletins.... They also have the direct contacts for warranty work rather then getting things done elsewhere and sorting it later - have you tried Trivett Parramatta?
and isnt there one in the St George area?

hey....theres also purnell motors in arncliffe.....
been doing land rover as long as i can remember....and now teamed up with
arthur garthon from hurstville......a land rover expert who only did land rovers.....
but nothing is cheap......
so either arncliffe or st peters i would say....
Thanks for all the tips on this thread already - are there any mechanics you can recommend in the NW (near Pennant Hills)?
Before you get too thankfull...
check the date on the thread[thumbsupbig]
I'm sure someone will be along soon with more uptodate help[biggrin]
Bruce Davis (Davis Performance Landys) is still around. He did a routine service for me in Q3 last year, first for my vehicle after being transported from Malaysia to Sydney. I'll go back again as needed. He is in Annangrove. Not too far from West Pennant Hills
There is a bloke up around Thornleigh, too.
Carl at Greenlight is very good. I have used him in the past and been happy. As he is a one man show it can be difficult to get in at times. He is at Pioneer Avenue Thornleigh.
I just spent the day hanging out with Mitch Bakker who is a freelance mechanic (and Land Rover expert) based in Forestville.
He changed my front shocks for me on my RRC and is going to tackle some wiring issues etc.
Great bloke, very knowledgable, is building up some off-road beasts and is quite frankly a good laugh to talk **** about Land Rovers with.
