They did the o-rings and washers again. That was the fifth time the injectors were out.

I had similar problems with my DII. After much back and forth with the mechanic and seals and copper washer replacements they finally recut the injector seats and all's been good since.

I think it's fair to say that all the issues have been fixed. Over the last three days we've gone from Moe (Vic) to Woomera (SA). It's been driven pretty hard towing our camper (1.8t). It's been running well. No faults logged. Coolant staying below 90 despite at one stage going uphill in 2nd at around 3.5k rpm. All the Nanocom live data looks good.

I know but we're on a timeline - we're supposed to be in Alice today (27/04) but due to the stuffing around we're running about 3 weeks later than we should be.

I thought he was going pretty slow to be honest
