Workshop manual calls for it to be done every 80,000kms 8) so I guess yours could be due a flush. 8O
LR lists a part number for their own flushing solvent, STC9713,,,but if you ask around blokes have used all sorts of solvents. I have done mine with acetone and dont seem to have had any problems.
When you have cleaned it, I found that letting the engine idle for a period with the intercooler to manifold hose disconnected at the manifold end,, allowed the hot air from the turbo to dry the intercooler well 8) . of course be mindfull that you have no air filtering while you do this so keep an eye out for FOD.ops:
