CLUTCH or MASTER CYLINDER or SLAVE CYLINDER

I hope i'm in the right place!
I have an 88 inch series 2A two door ute with a four cylinder Perkins fitted and an overdrive gearbox, with a PTO driven winch.
Replaced slave and master cylinders, bleed clutch to the point where the pedal goes hard, wait 15 seconds and it goes soft but still no clutch, where do I look next HELP PLEASE

When you say that the master cylinder and slave cylinders were replaced, do you mean with new gear?
Once you have bled the system successfully, is there air getting back into it?
Have you made the correct adjustments as per the manual?
Is the slave cylinder you fitted the correct one, series 2A and 3 are similar, but not identical, the flanges are at
slightly different dimensions from the front of the cylinder?
There are a fair few moving parts in a 2A clutch mechanism compared to a later series 3.
There are hardened pins in the mechanism that can break and cause the clutch to fail.
    Good luck.

    Cheers, Mick.

Most likely the master cylinder pushrod is incorrectly adjusted or one of the pin connecting the linkage between the slave cylinder and the clutch shaft is broken. Otherwise possibly a faulty M/C.
