Defender 130 rear puma seat convwrsion

Has anyone on here converted the rear seats on a 130 to the 60/40 puma rear seats. Trying to get an idea of how you went about this. Thanks

When I bought my 130 the previous owner had done just that
Installed 110 seats into the rear
All looks pretty much the same fixations?
They had even gone to the hassle of getting it inspected and Blue Plated

It’s not going to be too difficult, source seats and mounts and bolt it up

Would you mind taking some pics of the setup, especially with the seat folded open a little so I can see how they did it? Thanks

Hopefully that PDF works okay for you Stancey,
All the action happens at the front hinge, the rear bumper / mount is needed
But the only actual attachment is the front hinge mount.

The Qld Mod Plate lists “P2 Only “
I don’t know what that means this was done by the original owner of my 130 soon after purchase.

Defender 130 rear puma seat conversion

Was this puma seat conversion done on your '95 130? Did you have to source the white, square supports on the rear of seats and the latch mechanism mounted to the back of the seat on the box?

No my “conversion” was 110 puma rear seats into 130 puma

Gives access to available space and perhaps more comfy than 130 seats?

Ahh ok, I'm looking to install 110 puma seats into my 130 '95 300tdi. I'm led to believe that the rear mounting brackets from a 130 puma, that are bolted to the lower rear of the tub, are different from what's in the 110?
