    hi folks just a quicky. i've got 99 td5. currently trying to source a spare lt230 t/fer box. are they the same for disco 1 and 2 ?? input / output shafts the same ??

    Shafts are the same but there are differences. Some Disco 2 boxes do not have center diffs. All do not have speedometer outputs.

    Some Disco 2 boxes do not have center diffs.
    They all have centre diff but 2002 have no diff LOCK innards or the selector shafts and spigots etc for them.
