I would be running this with the turbo, I could easily remove the turbo and have it engineered like that as it is a major modification to the engine.
I will be keeping the turbo though. I will de-tune the engine by restricting fuel or more simply air on the dyno, this will not be a permanent solution just on the dyno, I am keeping the turbo for a reason :)
I need it to be engineered with a turbo so when I get pulled over I have papers that say turbo.
I could change the engine and say nothing if I wanted to do it illegally. This is however not the plan.
