Awesome! I'm putting an Isuzu 3.0l TD in to a series forward control and see many similar issues that you've had there. You're running a drive shaft forward to run a mechanical cooling fan? The intercooler setup looks similar to how I intend to set mine up.Quote:

Yes, mechanical fan, wasn’t keen on electric. Getting busy in there!

Looks like Sunshine Gears is going to get me sorted with a new shaft from nitrided 4140 at a much better price than the original quote.
