    Awesome! I'm putting an Isuzu 3.0l TD in to a series forward control and see many similar issues that you've had there. You're running a drive shaft forward to run a mechanical cooling fan? The intercooler setup looks similar to how I intend to set mine up.

    Yes, mechanical fan, wasn’t keen on electric. Getting busy in there!

    Thanks for the responses blokes.
    Looks like Sunshine Gears is going to get me sorted with a new shaft from nitrided 4140 at a much better price than the original quote.
