The engine is a Rover V8 in my 101. Today I noticed the colour of the coolant was a milky light lime/yellow colour instead of the usual clear fluorescent darker green colour. The engine has not been run for a few days so unlikely to be dissolved air and it does not feel at all oily with no globs of oil in it. When the engine is run the coolant stays the same milky colour and does not have any bubbles.
In this pic the blue tint to the colour is because of a blue tarp over the top of the vehicle.
Any ideas on what cause the milkyness and colour change?

Normally that's due to emulsified oil, I hope that's not the case.
