Thanks heaps mate, I've been wanting to replace the silicon hoses for some time now, so will just get that done.
I can't get it to run on a VM or old laptop..., did you use the nanocom csv viewer or something else? and if so, are you running windows 7 32, with excel. I'm using power BI but can't quite get it to look the same as the one you are seeing. For the graph you posted is that turbo pressure, Airflow and Accel. track 3?

Whilst they are estimates, they are pretty accurate based on tests I've done here vs the actual ECU values.
So I've used track 1 as throttle, but you need to do more than just use it, it needs offset and slope calculated.
The other 2 are the calculated mass of air in the cylinder from the MAF and the MAP, they should be pretty close to each other, and the should definitely follow each other as far as "trends" go.
Yours do not.

I replaced the two hoses on the Turbo side, here is the csv for interested and a pic of the graph.

After starting the car cold, boost sits on 28psi until the car is warm, around 4-5 minutes, then it drops down to 2-3 at idle and 15-16 at revs.
Is it normal for it to stay so high until the car is warm?

The wastegate shaft should be fairly hard to move.
The fact that the 2 sensors are reading so differently to each other would suggest either a failed sensor, or a problem in between them somewhere.
When you consider the smoke, that points to lack of air, so the ECU is fuelling based on MAF, which is why you have smoke, as according to the MAP sensor, the air is not not making it to the intake.
But that's a broad diagnosis from miles away behind a keyboard!
It's really difficult to sort.... If you continue to have issues, take it to an LR mechanic.
You know that feeling when you realised you swapped the wires around.... Bugger... thought I was going to melt in my shoes. When configuring the ems unit I changed channel 3 to read boost, I must have accidently shifted one up before entering the menu. At least now I can report back what the oil pressure sender is doing.... 28psi until the engine is hot and then the switch opens and it drops down to about 4psi and up to 16psi when driving.
Apologies for the goose chase, at least now we should get the boost right after the turbo and be able to compare it with the map sensor.
