I've cut the csv down, thanks for taking a look.
TD513062022v2.csvps, what is the interval of the readings on the nanocom in seconds?
Will check when I get home a bit later today. Thanks heaps man.
Here is a power BI graph where engine speed is a secondary axis

Should the boost not go up with the engine revs (standing still)? in the graph below boost is consistent at 14psi.
This was about 10 seconds at idle and then 7 seconds at 2750rpm stationary

I did check the wastegate this morning, with a 'vice grip' on it, I still needed a screwdriver to get it moving. So it seems very tight.
In this scenario, and with the nanocom you are using the "turbo pres" is manifold absolute pressure, so you would need to subtract ambient pressure from turbo pres to get the boost amount in kPa.
Then convert into something slightly more user friendly.... Bar.
So that 14 psi you are mentioning is actually 0.14 bar, or about 2psi.
I checked one here at the same RPM and got about .33 bar or 4.8 psi.
So yours does seem a bit low.
In regard to earlier comments re what could cause high EGT and smoke, a dodgy MAF definitely can, but seems to not be the cause on this one
So what PhillipA suggested regarding the Wastegate would be next option.
As a side note, air flow in your nano log is recorded as "g/s" - grams per second, this is incorrect, it's actually "kg/hr" - kilogrammes per hour.
Cheers
James
Here is some more info on the log, if anything the MAP sensor is not following the MAF upwards when engine speed increases, as to why? That's the tricky part.
In fact, air mass in the cylinder actually drops as RPM rises. (According to the MAP/IAT).
It could be leak after the turbo on the inlet system, a dodgy MAP, sensor or who knows!

Just installed a 5 bar boost sender connected to the td5, at idle it's reading at 25psi, ran out of time and will check but I'm sure the I've got it set on the correct sender 2bar, 5bar or 10bar being a 5 bar vdo sender
