    Hi Kai
Have a look on the old AULRO arcive site, all the pics are there in my gallery,I was only poking around there the other day, they still exsist.
I made mine from the Disco2.com website.
You need a 8mm nylock nut to bolt your acuator to the transfercase.I made the bracket that bolts to the acuator fronm an old ford or holden alternator slide adjuster, its has a 10mm slot that you need to turn the acuator.
Any questions fire away happy to assist.

Right click on it and select view picture. Or try saving it to your harddrive
This is the best picture your going to get of it. It's very hard to get decent pictures of transfer cases and gearboxes whilst their in cars. I tried for an hour or two

Thx Just the one I needed

    3 more Q's.

Dose anybody now what the PCD of the 3 fixing bolds is?

    And

What the angel of movement on the shaft is from unlocked to lock position?

    and

Is the flat section on the shaft 10mm wide by 2 or 3 mm high?

    Hi Kai
I used a alternator mount strap wich prabably was 4mm thick fitted fine.I turn my difflock "handle" around 45deg to engage and the same to disengage. If you end up going the "socket set" conversion get better quality uni joints,or replace the roll pins in cheapies with a welded rod.Weld "better quality" uni joints also to prevent the alen key screws undoing. The poll pins fall out with vibration very quickly, like less than 2000ks.
    Goodluck
