Question How hard is it to change Axles

    Guys,
I want to change my standard axles to maxidrives before getting the lockers fitted. I'm going ARB front and rear as I can get both done for the price of a maxidrive rear only.
So I want to up grade the axles first, I have never done an axle swap before and want to know how hard/easy it is ,whats involved and the pitfalls that are not covered in the manual. oh and tips. TIA

i upgraded my rears last year, they come with a good set of instructions, if you have service your wheel bearings than there not much more to the job, from memory the only extra thing that has to be done is pull the stubs off and remove the axle seal

Isn't maxi around the same price as an arb, the rear maxi kit comes with axles thats why it may'be priced higher.
Go the TJM or Jacmac, its a better designed locker
