well.....the land rover front end is so simple.....that a bit of string is all thats required......
unless ofcourse you want to do a thrust alignment......
this is where you set up the front wheels in line with the rear wheels....
to compensate for the diff not sitting at a perfect 90 degrees to the chassis.....or exactly in the centre......
which they never do....even from factory.......let alone after the rubber bushes start to flex and wear.......
and even if you do pay for an alignment......how do you know its getting done properly.....
unless you do it yourself......
and yes.....i am speaking from experience......i have seen too many shonks out there......
and i am forced to be one myself where i am working at the moment.....i dont see me lasting too long there.....
i simply cant work like that.....i have a conscience.....and i know what its like to be ripped off....
of dollars you dont have in the first place to begin with......yes.....this does happen....!!
