As Arthur said, run a plug tap down that hole that the stuffed bolt came from. Make sure it's not stripped too. If it seems ok, a bit of locktite on the bolt would be a good idea.

Im still amazed my car got me home with such a big injury [emoji28] runs on love for sure
I think will need to pull oil pump out and have a really good inspection of it? Worried if any metal and plastic got up in anywhere it shouldn't be. But also the car is close go 435000kms so oil pump might be good to replace now just based on age whilst here?
There's a lot in the sump and the pickup caught a heck load of bits too thank goodness
I look at it like this. You are already in there. Short of pulling the entire engine apart I reckon do what you can get at.
Doubly so for you. I hope I'm not getting too personal here, but for you your car isn't just a convenience, it's a whole extension of your mobility. I would definitely be doing everything you can within the budget to get another 400K out of it.
Keep smiling, L

Was a lot of metal in sump, all seem big chunks and couldn't fit past the mesh.
Started cleaning all the bits today.
I was also thinking it is good to replace what can with current access because it is an extension of my mobility too [emoji3590]it's not just a car any more.
That thread wss ok, it had broken bolt thread which once was cleaned up, bolt went in as it should [emoji108]
