    They basically hook onto the wrong end of the door so all of the B.F.C's weight would bend the hinges. I'd be very careful before buying one personally. I think a better design would be side fitted step on tyre then ladder the top would have to be mounted directly to the racks but the bottom might bend the panel?

    You would only use those ladders when the door is shut and all the weight can be supported by both the hinges and the catch. Mind you, at over 110 kg, I am not going up one!
