    EFI Temp Sensor

    I wonder if anyone could help me, I want to know what colour wires are used for the efi coolant temp sensor as opposed to the thermotime switch, because on my car at least, both plugs fit both sensors,and the motor runs completely differently depending on which way around the plugs are fitted. (This might help its a 87 rangie with EFI) My Haynes workshop manual has every wiring diagram under the sun except for the EFI system.
