If as quoted no. The Series 2/2a used a 9" clutch plate, Series 3 used a 9 1/2" clutch plate, which was optional on the 2a, and many have been retrofitted with the Series 3 plate, but if it is listed as for one from the sixties it will be a 9" one not the 9 1/2" you need.
