    viscous to lt230 conversion

Found out my viscous tranfer is dead today, as is my zf auto. So i've ordered a zf and lt230 and all the bits for the conversion. There out of a disco with 50,000 km on the clock.

Is there any tricks to doing this job?
    Any likely problems?

How long has it taken you to do?

    Any help would be great.

    Thanks

Not sure if this is much help, but my VC died on my 92 Rangie a couple of months back, i bought a 2nd hand one from British spares with a warranty and got Graeme Coopers to install it, they insisted the output tail shaft has to be done as well, if one goes, the other is almost certain to go, had no problems since, make sure you put a new one of them in I suppose...
