Mine is as Phoenix's, rotary single speed switch for wipers and seperate push button for washers. (And I actually had to use them yesterday even though we are in the middle of the "worst drought on record".)

Mine is 2 speed switch with push in for washers (that does not work, bloody Lucas ), I was also given a single speed switch that came from a S3, yet to test.

Hows this, I have a two speed switch with washer, but only single speed wiper motor (all I could find when the last one went). Love to get a decent 2 speed motor one day

The wiper switch on my S3 is a 2 speed wiper, push for washer. Works great apart from the fact that there is no washer motor conected too it!
