you could also try spraying the lockbarrel with wd40 using the plastic tube to actually get some in the barrel.....
then if it frees up......blow the wd40 out with an air blower.....and put some graphite powder in there.....
but as was mentioned above.......most times its the two shearhead bolts that come loose......
to fix this you should be able to remove the two bolts by hand using some patience.....
wiggle the barrel a bit as you do this to free up the bolts and allow them to turn.....
then you simply cut a slot in the head with a hacksaw and refit them using a flatblade screwdriver......
if they already have a slot in them.....they have been out before.......
