    TD5 Injector removal

    Guys if anyone is on at the moment I'm at a friends in the middle of stripping the head. Forgot the manual so need the instructions for removing the injectors and inlet valve.
    Any special tools needed? If so any known work around?

    To remove the injectors you will need to have or buy a crowbar type that has a small right angled end. The small end goes under the side of the injector. It is a 2 man operation, 1 person levers on the injector while the other uses a punch and gives the head a belt next to the injector to break it free.

    PUT THE INJECTORS BACK INTO THE CYLINDERS THEY CAME OUT OF.Use new copper sealing washers
