    diff and axle spec

    Would an 89 rangie have the same rear diff and axles as a 95 disco ?

    eg same splines etc etc ?
    2007 Discovery 3 SE7 TDV6 2.7
    2012 SZ Territory TX 2.7 TDCi

    no the 95 disco will have fine spline axles
    i dont think the rangie went fine spline untill the mid 90,s
    all the above do interchange tho

    I believe an 89 rangie will have 10 splines and your 95 disco will have 24 spline axles etc.

    I think the Rangie would have the small axles and the disco the big axles.
