    Hello Timberwolf if u only want to get out the actual key barrel then only undo the right hand bolt, under that will be a small screw to remove once this is out or loose the barrel will come out same side as u put the key in, then get another barrel or get yours fixed

    A hammer, a sharp chisel (not your own ) does the job, also taking the steering wheel off makes it a lot quicker

    Once you do get it off, hopefully the locksmith in town is a good one and can replace the barrell. Oakleigh Locksmiths here in Melb are old hands at em. (after Toorak they went to the poorer 'burbs)

    Thanks for your help guys. The bolts came out quite easy. I'll pinch the one out of my other Rangie, this one was a bit worn for my liking. And it doesnt have half a key stuck inside it.
