Just broke the lower fuel mounting off the fuel block:angrylock: :angrylock: :angrylock:
Excuse me while I put my head in the micrwave and dial up an hour on high!
No one has any ideas on how to fix it before I spend several hundred $$$$$ on the damed thing?
Guess I can at least attach the rest.

This is indeed a horrific disaster, as there is no way to repair these. You will have to get another. I am sorry to hear this EDD.Quote:

It happened when I was doing up the fuel line so either I did it to hard or it was already cracked and just gave out. As for pricey so far $340.:(

I guess I know how you feel... I'm just about to cough up $3k or more to get my bus back on the road - it's been weeks! That doesn't include a new dual-mass flywheel if it's found wanting when its stripped down....which we suspect it is.

Getting happyier as each piece goes back on.
Just finnished re taping one of the exhaust stud holes and will have to fit a bolt due to the length required for a safe fit. If that fails then it will need a hella coil.:(
Otherwise its 90% back together. Won't be putting the inlet manifold on until the Fuel block is done.
