Twin snorkels, big airbox great idea. Foam filters well, I would pipe your snorkells into a Donaldson or equivalent. Earth moving industry use paper filters, as do most serious 4wders. Protect your investment IMO.

Mick, the filters a classic rangie, they may be early injected or something, different to the twin carb set up that sits on top. Its the one with the trumpet looking thing on the end, all i did was cut it off and pop rivet then seal a bit of 3" pipe on to the end of the filter box.
Steve, the hose i got from Industrial Mining supplies in Greens Rd, Dandenong, if you can't get it anywhere then sing out and i can get it and send it through.

Dont spose anyone has a pic or 2 of the twin air box filters mentioned earlier in this thread? The ones that connect straight onto each carby.
I've looked on the net and cant seem to find any referance to them.
