Guilty as charged!...its mine and yes all of what you guys said is true, I use to move the number plate from the rear to the Jerry carrier, never got pinged for no light, then again I only used these for trips up into the hight country. And admitadly while ingorance isnt an excuse when I built the jerry can holder I didnt know about the legality of the fuel situation on the rear of the truck. Wont be an issue once I put sill tanks under her.Quote:

The nice thing about them is that you buy them as one piece, weld them in place then with a angle grind them cut them in two to become functional.
Because my carrier plugged into the hitch receiver socket, I knew wouldn't be towing anything at the same time. So I plugged the number plate light into the trailer 7-pin socket. The lights are off Toyotoa FJ40, the number plate is a NSW bike rack plate.
