sorry I'm going OT, Ladas this depends on brand - for most vehicles they come into Singapore stripped down (no radio, no aircon, no heater, steel wheels, no colour coded bumpers etc) and this is for tax reasons... as we have 230% tax on top of the new vehicle price (all based on UK retail prices) so a cheap, super stripped out model coming through customs and then done up locally is far cheaper to the end buyer than a factory high spec vehicle.Quote:

if you don't need a heater to keep yourself warm, why would you worry about keeping the thing? annual inspections?
