Yes, they are interchangeable with the proviso that you will have to work something out with the door check, and fit the appropriate striker plate to match the lock.
Note however that the Defender door is much thicker than the Series door, reducing your elbow room - the steering wheel on the Defender had to be reduced in size and the seats moved inboard to allow for this compared to the 110. (actually I think the change in door was before the Defender name - distinguished by the pull out door handle). The earlier wind up window door fitted to the 110 (not just County trim) except for military models and the very early 110, is not as thick as the later door but still thicker than the sliding window door - and not as well engineered as either, very prone to rattling!
Hinges are the same from Series 3 on.
