Anything is better than nothing,
I have put 3 cars out in my short lifetime, 2 minivans and a falcon... I think they would have been written off anyway (Fire damage to the vans were pretty bad) but I saved one familys xmas pressents and other invan clutter, and they were most greatful (van was a POS old thing, worth less than my extinguisher!! ;)
so you've burnt 3 cars out & you can still get insurance?:wasntme:Quote:

I do not treat my cars bad .... I leave that to the tracks!
:D being facetious.
I was traveling home late one night about 15yrs ago and saw a car on fire at the side of the road. The petrol filler was on fire. There were 4 blokes, one using a pair of jeans to beat the flames, another, the donor, huddled in the spoon drain in his undies. They'd run out of fuel, gone & got a can but couldn't see where they were pouring, so you guessed it one used a lighter to light things up.. in a big way. The car was borrowed from a sister. It was a mint 180B coupe with vinyl roof. Burnt the paint and the vinyl off it but could have been much worse.
that stuff is corrosive to everything... not too bad when its dry, but if you get it on you, DONT Sweat.... (makes itching powders look like something Id use as a foot powder)
