glazing is usually caused from overheating.....if you have vented rotors on there now.....i wouldnt be fitting solid ones.....
what pads are you using.....?
try a different compound of pad.....it may be all you need......
do you brake normally or do you use the brakes gently for a longer period.....?
if they are glazed.....go out and give them a bit of a workout.....
get the thing up to about 60 - 80 kph then brake hard down to about 10 or 20 kph......
check your rear view mirror first......then drive for a few minutes to allow them to cool down a bit and repeat this a few times.......
it may help clean up a bit of the glazing.......
try a softer compound of pad and keep the current ones for spares......
softer pads wont last as long but they will brake better.......may also fade a bit sooner.....
but wont wear out the rotors as quickly......and.....pads are cheaper and easier to replace than rotors.....
