Great! ...... my backyard will be a marina .

Bookings are being invited now for either swing moorings or pontoons .

I'm at 450m elevation so it'll be a long time before I see any water

I'll (or my grandkids) will just be getting nuked from the extra sun
while we dissapper in our own dust wishing we were the lucky buggers on the "new" coast
good thing we'll have tinted & air conditioned bubbles by then
