    Rovacomlite

    Anyone had any experience with the Rovacom Lite? Having a couple of LR products in my driveway I'm wondering whether it may be a good investment

    Good bit of kit and a handy tool.... Not the cheapest piece of mind but can save you in the long run.

    Like he said.

    I've had to buy it, but it got me out of a jam and has now let me do a few other things that I couldn't otherwise (nearest Testbook 1100km). No regrets. It is probably the best alternative if you are in a remote area.

    Question

    Does one of the forum members in Sydney have such a unit, to get a live impression, what the thing can do? I would like to have a look at a unit before buying such a thing.

    my research indicates that Rovacom Lite will not work on the D3. Apparently a diagnostic tool for the D3 is in the development stages.

    Correct Rovacom won't currently work on D3 or RRS. I believe it is a work in progress from reading on their forum.

    Also there is no difference between the products (so they say) just the lite one you supply the PC hardware, the vehicle server isn't wireless capable and you only buy what you need for the vehicles.
