Continuing on from the crank problem I have with the Defender, I spent at least 6 hours yesterday removing the engine.
2 of those hours were spent on the 2 bell housing to engine nuts between the slave cylinder and the starter .
Over a cold beer while the engine was hanging on the crane, I wondered if there was an eaiser way to reinstall because I generally find it is eaiser to remove than refit.

Any one have any suggestions.
