I would replace that rubber hose while the manifold is off, it has had the heat on it for ???? how long :( and it would be false economy to not replace it, just bung it in the tool box as a spare,same with the studs & nuts, Heat == Fatigue;) == SNAP:eek: it's not worth the grief.

I looked at that pic for about a minute trying to count the manifold ports...

1,2,3,4 cool its a 2.25 header.. no hang on thats not right...

1.2.3.4.5.6... ahh the old 6 pot shot the exhaust vavle, nope theres something not right here..

zoom the pic to full screen put fingers on ports 1,2,3,4,5 ports... what the hell is this a jo..... ahhhh td5, nuff nuff...

No chip, 140 000 K's, all stubs still in tact but nut was missing from rear stud. been 3 days and still trying to get the last stud out, (hey its hot and i have lots of beer)
